Sasa End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

Welcome to Sasa ("the Platform"), a modern social network provided by Sasa ("we," "us," or "our"). This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") governs your access to and use of our services, including our website, mobile applications, and any other software or services offered by us in connection to any of the foregoing ("Services").

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then you may not access or use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By agreeing to this EULA, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Services. Please have them read this Agreement with you.

3. Account Registration and Security

1. To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

4. User-Generated Content

1. Our Services allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
2. By posting Content on or through the Service, You represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in this EULA, and (ii) that the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity.
3. We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright or any other intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

1. The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sasa and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Sasa.
2. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for Content you or any third party posts on or through the Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

1. In any way that violates any applicable national, federal, state, local or international law or regulation.
2. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
3. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
4. In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.

7. Advertising and Promotion

1. We offer a service that allows users to boost their posts through our in-system ads management. This service requires purchase and is subject to additional terms that will be presented at the time of purchase.
2. You agree that we may place advertising and promotions on the Services or in connection with the display of any Content or information from the Services.

8. Ona Wallet and Monetization

1. Our Services include an in-system wallet called "Ona Wallet". By using this feature, you agree to abide by any additional terms and conditions specific to the Ona Wallet that we may provide.
2. The Ona Wallet enables users to potentially earn income from likes, shares, streams, and post views (impressions). Any income earned is subject to our wallet policy, which you must accept to participate in this feature.
3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Ona Wallet feature at any time without notice.

9. Privacy

1. Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy , which explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our Services.
2. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

10. Termination

1. We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
2. You may delete your account at any time through the platform's account settings. Please note that some information may remain in our records after deletion of your account.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sasa, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

12. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
